Webinar Description: Dr. Ding-Jo Currie, Chancellor of the Coast Community College District, is a well known advocate for the development and advancement of women in leadership. There are reasons for her to have this personal and professional passion. She provides new insight to gender differences and balance. Derived from her belief, she makes an audacious assertion that our country, the world, and humankind, like a bird, cannot take off until women, the missing wing, is developed, equalized, and present. Dr. Currie presents evidence of consequences of the missing wing and makes the urgent case for why women leaders are needed to stop the ills of the world and to help humanity achieve flight.
